I/We understand that insurers have made their decision regarding the insurance contract based on the information I/We have provided in the application and the declarations we have made.

I/We understand that by pressing the 'proceed to payment' button we will be asking Trafalgar Risk Management Limited as our insurance intermediary to act as our broker and request that the insurers put this insurance on risk as per the above terms. In doing so I/We become liable to pay the premium as quoted.

I/We understand that the policy is subject to and conditional upon the premium being paid and that if we fail to satisfactorily complete the payment section and /or we fail to pay the premium for any reason then the insurance shall be cancelled as if it never came into force and we duly authorise Trafalgar Risk Management Limited to cancel the insurance on our behalf as at inception.

Trafalgar Risk Management Limited is licenced and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

In the event of a claim you are required to advise us of the details of the claim as soon as practicable and in any event no later than seven days after expiry of the insurance policy. We will then, acting as your insurance intermediary, pass that claim advice on to the insurer who will then deal with you direct on the matter.

I/We accept, after checking, that the insurance above represents our demands and needs as requested by us through the various forms we completed on this web site. The above represents the sum insured, type of cover, policy start date we selected.
